01 — Origin
Sourced from India's finest growing belts
We source yellow mustard, cumin, and sesame directly from the primary growing regions of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh — working with farmers who have cultivated these crops for generations.
Every procurement lot is assessed at origin for colour, aroma, seed size uniformity, and initial purity before it is accepted into our supply chain. Lots that do not meet our pre-harvest benchmarks are rejected at source — not at the port.
02 — Quality Control
Ultra-low pesticide residue. Every shipment.
Pesticide residue is the most scrutinised parameter for agro commodities entering the EU, Japan, and North America. We treat it as a non-negotiable — not a compliance checkbox. Every commodity we export is tested for multi-residue pesticide panels before shipment, with results held against the strictest destination-market limits.
We work exclusively with farmers who follow integrated pest management practices, and we conduct pre-harvest residue checks at the farm level. The result is consistent, verifiable residue levels well within — and typically far below — the maximum residue limits of all major importing markets.
03 — Processing
Precision sorting. Verified purity.
After procurement, every commodity passes through a multi-stage processing sequence: pre-cleaning to remove field debris, gravity separation to remove light and shrivelled seeds, optical colour sorting to eliminate discoloured and damaged seeds, and a final hand-inspection pass for the highest grades.
Yellow mustard is processed to 99% export grade. Cumin is graded to Singapore Quality (99%) and EU Grade (99.5%). Sesame is processed as natural unhulled (99%) and hulled food grade (99.95%). Each grade is defined by a published specification sheet available on our Products page.
